Mounting of the Plum Feyan Splitboard Binding is easy:

The system of the Feyan Splitboard Bindung was designed by a passionate snowboarder and experienced splitboarder. For the technical realization and engineering, Albert Felisaz, the owner of Plum could be inspired. Plum is a family run company near Chamonix which produces high precision mechanics and high-end skitouring bindings.

Common goal: An easy to use, quick to operate and extremely efficient splitboard binding.


Plum names the bindung system "Talpsystem", which consists of 3 components:

  • Interface Ascent Mode (teflon mounted bracket axle, on the fly crampon mounting, risers operated by ski pole)
  • Interface Descent Mode (simple justage stances &angles +30°/-30°)
  • Binding (one lever operation, Ride or walk spoiler)

The Feyan Binding is manufactured out of high performance materials (Alu 7075 T6 and carbon).

 

We are already prying to test the system on snow, first to see how the mechanism proves its value in handling and above all, how the active tightening of the board halfes influences the riding behaviour. We already had this binding under our feet,... review will come!
