Content of the Online Offer
The operator of this website assumes no liability for the timeliness, correctness and completeness of the information provided. All offers are non-binding and subject to change.
Liability Notice
This website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Any liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website is excluded.
Notes on Splitboard Tour Descriptions
The authors of the tour descriptions assure that the content and description of the routes (tours) have been compiled to the best of their knowledge and belief. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee for the accuracy of the information, as the situation on site can constantly change due to natural events, weather conditions or other special circumstances. A tour description or GPS track does not replace local knowledge or a map, and everyone must be able to react independently to such situations. Independent tour planning is essential.
Undertaking the described tours is in any case at your own risk and is associated with the usual risks of touring. Any liability of the authors or the website operator is excluded; the responsibility for route selection, route finding in the terrain, assessment of personal performance and experience as well as alpine hazards lies with each tourer themselves.
Sections of the routes described here may be subject to temporary access bans. Each tourer is responsible for compliance with these regulations; the regulations encountered on site apply. The author is not liable in any case for administrative offenses that may be committed in this context.
Tour descriptions, photos, gpx tracks and elevation profiles are free of third-party rights and are the intellectual property of the respective author. GPX files available for download may only be used for planning and conducting tours, but may not be republished on other websites or in any other way.
