The Tacul - in the light of the headlamp past the seracs of the northern flank; high elevation climbing on the towers of the Teufelsgrates; snow sliding on a winter ascent of the legendary Supercouloirs: this stretchy 3-layer hooded jacket was developed for challenging routes and adverse conditions on the mountain in collaboration with experienced mountain guides. Thanks to a high-tech polyamide outer material, the Tacul jacket is not only robust, but with the eco-friendly Sympatex® membrane they’re absolutely waterproof and windproof as well. The highly breathable membrane and waterproof ventilation zips ensure a comfortable microclimate. The cut was designed with the needs of mountaineering in mind: the jacket doesn't slide out of your harness while you're stretching for your next hold and the adjustable hood is fully helmet-compatible.The large, higher set front pockets offer enough space for warm gloves and a map, and can be easily reached even when wearing a harness and pack. This high-tech and robust stretch hardshell jacket offers optimal freedom of movement thanks to its cut and materials and combines the highest standards of functionality and ecology.
