Karakoram Ultra Ranger is intended for riders looking for more mobile Prime binding for riders combining a surfy feel with splitboard and solid-board use. Karakoram Ultra Ranger pairs well with a supportive medium-flex splitboard boot. A very soft boot makes the setup surfier but reduces edge pressure, while an extremely stiff boot can mask the binding’s mobile character.

How does the system work?

Karakoram Ultra Ranger uses Prime Ride Mode 3.0 with a Carbon Nyolite highback. Karakoram actively pulls the board halves together in ride mode. That firm connection supports torsional stiffness and edge pressure, while negative forward lean creates room for a longer touring stride.

Available Karakoram Ultra Ranger sizes: S, M, L.
