Some days are all about linking as many deep turns as possible. The Euphoria is Venture’s board for that ambition: a large nose, narrow tail and a noticeably rearward stance. It makes particular sense as a complement to a touring all-rounder, rather than an automatic replacement for every use.
Is the Venture Euphoria Splitboard 26/27 right for you?
26/27 season guide: the version currently offered by the manufacturer.
Which type of splitboarder does it suit?
Freeride splitters chasing deep powder days. You choose the tour and timing around the snow and want a surfy descent. That makes the Euphoria relevant. Its idea can also suit relaxed touring on mostly soft, moderate terrain. For frequent hard approaches, the broad powder shape should remain a deliberate compromise.
What does the shape offer on the descent?
Its 25 mm of taper and 40 mm of setback clearly separate it from the Storm and Paragon. The combination is intended to let the tail settle and keep the nose floating. Sidecut radii are relatively tight at 6.59 to 7.25 m. In practical terms, area is distributed differently: plenty of board ahead of the front foot and less behind. Think about how that directional approach fits your riding, especially if switch landings are a normal part of your touring day.
What should you consider on the skin track?
The extra nose area travels uphill too. A powder outline cannot replace suitable skins or clean edging on a firm track. For frequent hard traverses with smaller boots, compare its width directly with the Storm. This page covers the currently offered standard Euphoria; a sold-out carbon version is not presented as a purchasable alternative.
How do you choose the right size and setup?
Sizes run from 150-25.5 through 156-26.5 to 162-27.5. Even the shortest version has a 25.5 cm waist, so total length alone does not make it a small board for lighter riders. Venture lists area, boot size and rider weight for each size; consider those figures together.
Venture lists Spark R&D Fixie clips plus mounted tip and tail clips with its splits. That does not include a complete binding or skins. Choose skins for width and suitable nose and tail fittings as well as total length.
A size label combines length and waist width, such as 162-26.5. That is useful when you keep the two numbers separate. After checking the rider-weight range, check boot overhang in your actual binding position. Venture is based in the USA, so confirm shipping and delivered costs for your country even when the regional shop displays euros.
How should boots, bindings and board work together?
Do not confuse a softer riding feel with a lack of lateral support. Choose boots that hold your heel and highbacks that work with them. On a broad waist, that connection helps with edging; small feet do not gain leverage by adding more width.
The directional powder emphasis comes with less focus on switch riding and mixed all-round days. Compare the Storm first if you need one board for a highly variable winter.

Which test experience helps you choose?
We have not yet tested the Venture Euphoria Splitboard ourselves. The advice on this page is based on manufacturer information and the principles in our Gear Guide. We therefore cannot yet describe the feel of this exact board from personal riding experience.
On a demo, we would focus on the points discussed above for your riding style: can your boots put enough pressure on the edge, does the board remain comfortable to move after a longer climb, and does the size work when the snow becomes heavier lower down? Use your usual boots where possible and compare a suitable length.
What has changed since 25/26 and earlier models?
Venture currently offers this standard version without describing a separate technical revision for 26/27. Compare the exact size with any previous-season offer: length and width are closely linked at Venture. Check construction and connectors too. The year alone tells you little about which offer better suits your tours.

Which other current boards fit your riding style?
Compare Venture Storm Splitboard and Prior Thruster Split. The shape and usage differences are discussed above. For a demo, similar sizing, your own boots and a familiar stance help more than comparing random available lengths.
FAQ: What should you know before your first tour?
Could the Euphoria be my only splitboard?
That is a reasonable choice if powder and directional surfing dominate your tours. For a highly mixed winter, compare the Storm. We have no current hands-on Euphoria report; the specialist positioning here follows its documented shape.
Which Venture Euphoria Splitboard size should I choose?
Currently listed sizes are 150-25.5, 156-26.5, 162-27.5. Sizes run from 150-25.5 through 156-26.5 to 162-27.5. Even the shortest version has a 25.5 cm waist, so total length alone does not make it a small board for lighter riders. What hands-on test experience is available?
We have not yet tested the Venture Euphoria Splitboard ourselves. Our assessment is based on manufacturer information and our Gear Guide. We do not assign our own riding scores to it.
Which current alternatives should I compare?

Which boots and bindings suit this board?
Do not confuse a softer riding feel with a lack of lateral support. Choose boots that hold your heel and highbacks that work with them. On a broad waist, that connection helps with edging; small feet do not gain leverage by adding more width.
Is this a new construction for 26/27?
A distinct technical 26/27 version is not established by the current manufacturer data. We show the presently offered standard model and identify historical tests separately.
