Test Results

The Nitro Squash is a solid powderboard. The long nose provides tremendous float and the camber under the feet to far back into the tail proper hold. It is fun to ride despite the high weight and has good manoeuvrability due to its short tail. Ploughed powder landscapes get further ploughed while other boards glide over. Thanks to tip to tail camber the edge hold is superior and doesn't require much pressure on the feet. During ascent traversing was rather difficult without crampons, however still better than other boards in the test. Here carrying of crampons is already important. On long climbs the weight of the board is clearly noticeable.
