Splitboard Test Results  Testinfo

The Whiteroom feels best in powder and due to it´s hybrid profile, kind of s-rocker, it is great for all sorts of backcountry touring. The low weight makes it really agile and the flex is on the stiffer side. So you get enough pop when needed.

Rome still has the popular White Room in it`s program. Since season 13-14, Rome presents the White Room Split 172 with Swallow Tail, for deeper days and even fatter lines.

The White Room Split is the board for those who prefer drawing their lines far away from the crowds. With the Pressure Pop Technology you get ease and direct power transmission, so you can do strong "edging" and fat ollies over obstacles in the backcountry. The nose rocker in the Powder S Camber ensures the White Room optimal float. The camber underfoot brings great edge hold on hard pack or when shredding the slopes of course it also offers additional Olli Power. With the 172ers Swallowtail you get a completely new riding experience, maybe you could say "Bigwave surfing" in the snow.

Daumen hoch (so far).
